We will change suppliers with the lowest qualified rates of the same materials quarterly. The raw materials warehouse and finished-products warehouse are strictly separated, ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of warehousing and ex-warehouse.
The motor production workshop is responsible for producing motors used in our air compressors. This workshop is equipped with an automatic coil inserting machine with high machining accuracy. The first time quality production has reached up to 99.8%. It also features an intelligent motor automatic test bench to fully inspect motor quality and accurately troubleshoot. Our motors adopt F class coils of 180 grade, having advantages of low temperature rise, long life span, etc.
This machine can automatically embed the coil in one process according to the wire sizes. This can improve motor production efficiency and qualification rate, and reduce wire breakage and wire damage.
SHIMGE is also equipped with an automatic coil winding machine to achieve automatic wiring, winding, shearing, twisting, loading and unloading. This allows high production efficiency and uniform product quality.
The testing projects include: measurement of insulation resistance of winding to iron core, voltage withstanding measurement of winding to iron core, stator inter-turn voltage withstanding test, pulse test of stator winding, measurement of motor stator turn number, measurement of motor stator resistance, dimensions, etc.
This workshop adopt semi-automatic assembly line to efficiently assemble the air compressors. It is also equipped with air pump performance testing bench to test whether the air compressor can operate normally. And whether the machine can run normally when the voltage fluctuates by 15%. Only qualified air pumps can enter the next assembly process.
The gas tank workshop is responsible for the production of gas tanks. Over 90% of the processes are fully mechanized in operation. This workshop has an automatic unloading device, automatic necking machine, automatic welding machine, double-gun shielded welding machine and other automated equipment. The produced gas tanks have stable quality and good welding seam quality.
The hydraulic control system of this equipment can be adjusted following the process so as to adapt to the production demands of different models of products. The hydraulic pressure can be adjusted within the specified range based on the process requirements, thus guaranteeing the head accuracy.
The argon arc automatic welding machine is adopted to weld the gas tank. Thus welded joint of compact, splashless and high quality is obtained to reduce the burning loss on the tank. This simultaneously reduces the risks of deformation and cracks in the welding pieces.
Automatic steel plate cutting machine has fast response speed and high positioning accuracy. So it can cut out the responding steel plate materials strictly following the design demands. This ensures that the air compressor accessories are qualified.
This workshop is in charge of the whole machine assembly. The semi-finished products from the motor workshop, pump head workshop and raw material warehouse are installed by the experienced staff in this workshop. This workshop has two quality inspectors. One is responsible for inspecting whether there exits leakage in the connecting part during the assembly process. If there is air leakage, he will move the unqualified products to the unqualified area for reprocessing. And the other inspector is in charge of retesting leakage before the final packaging process, as well as checking the machine appearance and accessories. This aims to prevent unqualified products from leaving the factory.
The technology center is where our team performs research and development and design functions. This center is equipped with ASME air flow measuring equipment, intelligent variable frequency power supply, noise sound-level meter, intelligent motor stator testing system, vibration measuring instrument, infrared thermometer, motor comprehensive performance dynamometer and other equipment. This provides comprehensive equipment support for the research, development and design of new products. The technology center is also responsible for extracting a certain number of packaged products for retest and making the filing for reviewing. Only when the products are tested qualified, this batch of products can be shipped.
