We have established brand stores and after-sales service sites in Uzbekistan, Libya, Iraq, Turkmenistan and other countries to supply customers with timely consultation and after-sales solutions.
SHIMGE offers a one-year warranty for all of our products. If problems occur on the air compressor within the warranty period, customers can contact the account manager directly through the hotline, fax, email or other methods for problem feedback and will be asked to provide examples (pictures of the damaged product should be attached in the email). The account manager will relay the feedback to the technical engineers. And the engineers provide the corresponding solutions within three working days after diagnosing the faults and arrange related personnel to follow up (except for the major complaints).
Accessories distribution: our customer service department will prepare the accessories based on requirements within 14 working days after receiving the accessories demand list. They will be shipped with the latest machine shipment. DHL and other international expresses can be used for shipping in special or emergency cases.
Free quick-wear parts: we provide one-year warranty for the non-artificial damaged products. The damaged accessories within the warranty period can be replaced by SHIMGE for free. In addition, when the number of quick-wear parts in the order accounts for at least 1*20FT containers, we will give away 0.2% quick-wear parts of the order quantity free of charge.
